I don’t usually order much chothing online because of fit issues.But jeans are usually consistant in sizeing. So I ordered a pair 501’s using an IPHONE.Well anyone with an IPHONE knows what pressing the wrong letter is like. I accedently ordered the wrong size.I didn’t realize it untill I saw the shipping confirmation. I found out who the seller was(Charleston Department Store)and was able to call them.An extremely helpful person told me she would send another pair with a free return label for the original pair. Now that Levi’s 501 Jeansis what I call service.I will get all my future Jean purchaces’s this way.
